A: pours a beautiful yellow golden honey with a relativity light haziness. A gentle pour into my Weihenstephan glass produces two inches of course foamy head that fades to a lumpy 1/4 inch sheet.
S: A combination of biscuity wheat combined with a lemony citrusy yeast. Some mild clove and banana in the background. Very clean and pungent.
T: A slightly bitter bready yeast flavor with lemon and plenty of banana backing it up all on a wheat foundation. Sly clove helps add balance and adventure to a mellow flavored beer. Nicely balanced...I detect a hint of pepper.
M: Very very nice. Lots of CO2 add much needed adventure to the mellow flavor. Light, airy, crisp that goes dry at the end. Well done.
D: A wonderfully refreshing drinkable beer.
Not quite the king of the Hefe-Weisse but better than I expected. I would drink this anytime. Cheers!

Tap at tavern in the square in Northborough.
Nice creamy rich 1 Finger head fades at a med pace then retains well at the bottom, super hazy murky cloudy carrot orange color.
Nose typical hefe, lots of creamy wheat, plenty of citrus and mild orange peel, some spices clove hint coriander, some banana esters, etc.
Taste brings more of the same, basic Bavarian hefe, creamy wheat, not really toasted wheat just clean creamy base, with some light citrus and orange zest, touch tangy. Into esters, banana, clove spices, little coriander, etc. Finish is creamy sticky but dry, bit more spices, banana esters, and orange zest.
Mouth is med bod, creamy, decent carb.
Overall nice hefe, typical Bavarian hefe but not amazing. Nice summer hot day beer.

Scorching hot weekday in NC, what better way to take the edge off at the end of a long day than a good Hefe from the Fatta-land.
A beautiful pour with a nuclear mushroom cloud of a bright, tight white head. Pure hazy golden beauty with minimal bubbles. It smells nice and rich with the yeasty signature of banana and cloves prevelant over a malty base. The taste is very nice with a very strong malt backbone, the signature yeasty flavors following he nose and very little bitterness at all. It's fullbodied and goes down wetly, very satisfying.
Overall, a great Hefe, right up there with Weihenstaphan in my book. A perfect summer thirst quencher. Time to change into my leiderhosen.
