Had the Fraziskaner Weissbier at the Whiteface Mountain Oktoberfest. It pours as a cloudy beer with a honey colored with a nice bubbly white head. On the nose it has the smells of wet straw & wheat. The first sip has the light carbonation feel of champagne, though on a more syrupy thick feel. The flavors of raisins, sweetness, and bread doughiness. A very good beer, very drinkable.

A: Cloudy orangeish-yellow. Large head.
S: Banana, clove, smells great.
T: Just like it smells. Amazing. Some buttery notes. Just like a hefeweizen should taste.
M: Excellent mouthfeel, good session beer. Smooth, albeit light/watery but easy to drink.
O: I love this beer, definitely one of my favorites.
