poured into a rather large hefeweizen glass. The appearence of the is brew is most impressive. The head is a creamy inch half cloud. Most beer reveiws of this beer say it disipates to a thin lace. Mine however held up well throughout consumption.
The color orange hue and burnt yellow kind of multicolored shown through light. The smell dried bananas and cloves. Typical for most hefe's.
Flavor more of the same kind of a metallic aftertaste cloves and bananas come through with some yeasty aftertones. carbonation Fizzy; tingles as it goes down tickles the tounge not suprised with it being bottled conditioned.
overall its a pretty good beer and i would by this again. Not the best hefeweizen i've had but good.
