Poured from 16.9 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: first off, this thing poured with a *huge* head. Other than that, it has a nice light golden color and is pleasantly opaque. Did I mention a huge freaking head?
Smell: very wheaty with a little sweet citrus. Very nice indeed.
Taste: smooth citrus and wheat. Not particularly bitter. Really, everything I ask for in a hefe.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a nice level of carbonation that renders the beer rather creamy in texture.
Drinkability: boy howdy, I could drink this stuff. Its highly appealing texture along with a very pleasing smell/taste make this good for a few pints anytime.
Serving type: bottle
