Appearance-Bright amber and brilliantly clear beer, a nice voluminous head that dissipated to a lace clinging to the sides of the glass.
Smell-Bready, biscuity, and Malty. Virtually no hop nose to be found here.
Taste- This beer tastes like it's smell. Very malty and bready, with notes of biscuit. Liquid bread comes to mind here. Well balanced malt backbone, the Hops are very neutral in this beer. It's simply bursting with malt flavor. Very true to ithe style
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied, smooth drinking beer
Drinkability-Spaten makes a great product. This beer is very polished. At 2.50 a bottle I'd be happy drinking all day long.
