Had this on tap at Fox and the Hound. Came out a little flat but I'm guessing it wasn't the beers fault. Smells sweet and Munich-malty. A little grasssy maybe from some hops. Tastes sweet, maybe a little cloying. Definately some European hop characteristics in there; flowery etc. No real bitterness. Drinks easy, though. Been having a bunch of these marzens lately and honestly I prefer Paulener's, Sam Adams', and Real Ale's to this, but not bad if its the only thing around.

Pours translucent amber with 1/2 inch of off-white head that fades to a thin cap on top and leaves nice spotty lace.
Smell is somewhat muted and consists of grainy malt, Autumn spices and faint citrus.
Taste is of grains and malt with accents of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg with faint tart citrus on the finish.
Texture is medium bodied with high carbonation.
A decent, if not remarkable, effort. Easy drinking and sessionable.
