Half-liter had at Krug Park, Omaha, NE
Arrived with a fairly fluffy off-white head, which decreased to a thin film over the top after a few minutes. Moderately dark brown-amber body, transparent, some carbonation. Modest, spotty lacing occurs with each sip.
Smell is primarily of deep, layered malts and floral hops.
Taste similar to smell, with fairly velvety malt sweetness accompanied by floral and grassy hops flavors in the background. Aftertaste is malty, not cloying, and pleasant.
Mouthfeel is, as suggested above, very smooth. Body is moderate, not heavy or light. Drinks very easily, consistently, and reliably.
From what I know of Marzen styles, this is fairly true to the standards and doesn't show many obvious flaws. If some find it too plain, they are simply stating the obvious and decrying the beer's intended focus on a specific style and method of brewing.

Clear golden color with a thick two finger head with decent retention and leaving some laces.
Floral aroma with notes of Munich malt sweetness and lager yeast.
Flavor is more present with notes of biscuit malt with controlled sweetness balanced by herbal and floral hops. Just a hint of caramel, spices and citrusy acidity. Mildly dry aftertaste with a light to medium bitterness.
Light bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation.
A pleasant Märzen, although quite malty it is not cloying, showing that hops are doing their work behind the curtains. Faithful to style.
