The Oktoberfestbier poured a light amber, very clear, with a medium head. The aroma is of the roasted malt and some grassiness that may have included some hops aroma in the end. The beer was somewhat sweetish with a bit of hops bitterness at the end. It had some fruity undertones, but was overall a rather thin taste. It was slightly oily in the mouth and thin as well. This was not my favorite Oktoberfest but it wasn't the worst either.

Clear golden color with a thick two finger head with decent retention and leaving some laces.
Floral aroma with notes of Munich malt sweetness and lager yeast.
Flavor is more present with notes of biscuit malt with controlled sweetness balanced by herbal and floral hops. Just a hint of caramel, spices and citrusy acidity. Mildly dry aftertaste with a light to medium bitterness.
Light bordering medium body with appropriate carbonation.
A pleasant Märzen, although quite malty it is not cloying, showing that hops are doing their work behind the curtains. Faithful to style.
