Appearance - Pours an attractive medium-brown with a touch of red coming through. Moderately cloudy. A huge, billowing white head.
Smell - Lots of phenols. Bubblegum, cloves.
Taste - A wheaty sweetness, some toasted malts. The cloves can also be felt underneath the malt.
Mouthfeel - Decently thick, the sweetness really lingers in the mouth and fills it up.
Drinkability - A good dunkel-weisse, although some of the the flavors seem to be a little subdued. Quite refreshing, however.
