Just visited this store on Friday, 02/25/2011. They have one 9x12' shelf of import and domestic craft beers, plus some sixes in the cooler section. Pretty unimpressive compared to Total Wine and Grassroots. Whole Foods just up the street in Mandarin has twice the selection.

A: Terrible. Grubby little liquor store in a fairly affluent area. Plenty of dust on the dry goods bottles.

Q: Average. It's a small liquor store with a lot more focus on hard liquor varieties.

S: Average. The manager opened the store late. I arrived about ten minutes before opening at 9:50 a.m. and spoke with one of the employees, who said that she had no idea where the manager was and was trying to reach her on her cell phone. She pulled up about two minutes to ten with deposit/change bags in hand. Weak.

S: Unimpressed. They have some craft beers as well as the mass markets. Much more focus and cooler space devoted to the latter. I did find one lost bottle of Erie brewing's Golden Fleece Maibock left over from last summer (snag).

F: N/A, it's a liquor store.

V: I guess fairly reasonable. The lone 12 oz dusty maibock was about $1.99.

decent selection for a small liquor store. One of the best and most repscted in town. Prices compare well to total wine. bought a DFH 120 for only 7.99 with a late Jan date on it. Not bad here in Jacksonville for that. decent Belgian and craft selection and most of the macro crap was hidden in the back. overall a decent place and but woudlnt go out of my way to get there. The store is pretty clean for an older location. looks liek and old qick mart or something. I also bought a Terrible bomber for 6.99 which i was pleasantly suprised. I'll be aging that when for a couple of years. we dont have too many stores good beer stores in jacksonville but this is a decent one to visit if in town and get the we have to offer.

Broudy's Newest store in the Jacksonville Metro Area. Technically it’s in Northwest St. Johns County. Just south of ‘Julington Creek’ in the little town of Julington Creek.

Quite comparable in selection to their Jacksonville Beach (Marsh Landing) and St. Augustine (Cobblestone Village shopping center) locations.

Excellent choices on Micro / Craft brews and Imports.

I am told that the beer section is being run by Bo, who used to work at the Beaches location. That should be a good indication that the store will continue to add new Craft brews that become available to the Florida market.
