Shiner Bock is my favorite daily beer. With that in mind I will try to be fair on this review. I have had it countless times on tap and in bottle but for this review I am using a bottle poured into a pint glass.

A- Light brown with a short 1 finger head that dissipates extremely fast with hardly any lacing at all.

S- Heavy on a breadiness smell. It also has some sweet caramel malt.

T- Sweet, but not as strong of a flavor as you may expect. It is actually very light tasting.

M- Again, very light, not much for mouth feel.

O- Overall this is an easy to drink beer that I enjoy quite a bit. Nothing earth shattering by any means but it's something that makes me smile and I find myself drinking it more than any other brew.

A: Clear brown in color. Forms a thin fizzy off-white head that quickly reduces to absolutely nothing. No retention. No lacing.

S: Smells of bready caramel malts and a light sweetness.

T: Watery blend of lightly sweet caramel and mild bready malts with some vanilla accents. Simplistic.

M: On the thinner side of medium. Lower carbonation. Watery.

O: An easy drinking everyday version of a bock. In all actuality, not very good, but simple and very easy to drink.

A: Pours dark amber with very little head which disappeared before I was finished putting the bottle down after pouring. Small amounts of visible carbonation. No lacing.

S: Hints of bready malts and roasted malts but not much smell overall.

T: Flavors are dominated by the malts both bready and roasted. Slight hint of bitterness from the hops.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly watery.

O: Easy to drink but nothing exceptional. Pairs well with Texas style BBQ. Quite sessionable.
