12oz. bottle poured into a tulip-style glass. It pours a very cloudy orange-yellow color with only one finger of head on even a vigorous pour. There is just a little lacing left on the glass. The smell has a little bit of wheat malt and some citrusy lemon. Doesn't have the classic hefe-weizen smell though. The taste is also very citrusy. Lots of lemon, some yeasty character. Different. The mouthfeel is pretty thick for a hefe. The drinkability is pretty good. Not much like the classic hefe, but a good hot weather thirst quencher.
