Picked up a sixer at Kroger, always good to see a readily available Hefeweizen that is reasonably priced.
A: Pours a pale gold with a big rocky head
S: Some citrus, slight spiciness and yeast
T: It starts off with a thin malty sweetness and then gives way to some yeast notes.
M: Very thin and biting
D: Ok on a hot day, but not much flavor going on here
Not a great example of the style (missing those clove and bannana notes). I would say it falls closer to an American style wheat beer.
