A- Cloudy and gold hefe appearance. Big head that fades quickly. Bid soapy bubbles.
S- Smells like a weak hefe with lemon juice added.
T- The taste is lemon also. No clove, no banana and not even any bubblegum. Just lemon.
MD- The feel is good and it is very refreshing on hot day. This is very different from almost all other hefe-weizens.
Thanks to Bill S for the Shiner.

Poured from bottle into tulip, good 1 finger cream colored head, recedes quickly to a pool, good lacing. Dark hazy golden in the glass. Lemon, honey, and wheat on the nose, very muted. Taste follows up, cracker malt on the front, followed by honey sweetness and finishing off with somewhat of a twang. Not a traditional Hefe, but very drinkable just the same. Keep going back to it, very subdued on the front and finishes with that sweet tartness on the end, but not cloying, there is sufficient bitterness to keep it in check
