Appearance: This brew pours as a nice light honey/straw color. While hazy, the liquid is still translucent. Head size is nothing special. Minimal lacings, yet plentiful surface spiderwebbing. Not bad.
Smell: Aroma has a sweet malt presence. The wheat components are very subdued. There is a very light citrus detercted. Spices are also in the distant background. I would have preferred a stronger aroma curve that is more consistent with this style.
Taste: Onset is typified by wheat & malt. Again subdued with nothing overpowering. Added orange would help.
Mouthfeel: Light...almost too light.
Drinkability: Light with less filling than most wheat beers. The standard use of an orange slice encourages the consumption poolside on a very hot day. :-) Good also for sitting on the porch on a hot afternoon.
