Poured into a glass stein. Copper with almost a finger of head that did not last long. Clear but not quite transparent.
Smells like a candy shop. Lots of peach and a little lemon scent. Not a normal beer smell, but it smelled nice.
The peach taste is there from beginning to end. Malty at first, leading to a watery and mildly bitter end.
Crisp texture, light to medium body and moderate carbonation.
The body should be thicker and the watery taste spoiled it. The peach smell and flavor was worked in really well, but the rest of the beer could not hold itself up.

With a deep crystal clear garnet hue supporting a beige creamy head this beer has a strong perfumy peach aroma that comes though more on the exhale. The flavor has a crisp light roasted bitter note and some soft nutty notes to follow. The dry peach note in the finish is a bit artificial. This is a mellow soft flavored beer but the peach flavor is a bit odd and dominates the flavor.

I am a sucker for seasonal and holiday release beers so I grabbed this one as a single for $1.60 at one of my beer stores.

A- Dark copper, kind of fizzy looking.
S- Thin smell of mostly peaches.
T- Peaches again, and some other fruity flavors. I don't get much pecan, some wheat malt in there too.
M- Medium bodied, pretty fizzy.
D- I'm glad I only bought one but it was pretty enjoyable.

Interesting take on a holiday beer. I took my first smell and sip expecting the holiday spice cabinet as I had not yet read the label and found the peach flavor to be a nice change from the usual holiday beers.

A: Pours a medium reddish brown in color with some garnet red and tea-like brown highlights when held up to the light and light to moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a finger tall light beige that slowly fades to a thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a slightly thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of peaches over the top of lighter notes of spices - there is a moderate amount of sweetness in the smell.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of toasted bready malts with much stronger flavors of peach sweetness over the top of it. Lighter notes of spices - cinnamon and nutmeg - along with some very light hints of pecan. Faint notes of bitterness in the finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly thin/watery.

O: The addition of peaches to a holiday beer is an interesting but completely successful...it leaves the beer a little too sweet, especially in the smell. It goes down pretty easily but I don't think I would want to drink more than one of these in a session.
