A: Clear burnt orange, nice lacing left over from the head that sticks around for a good bit.
S: Smells... kinda like a sweeter shiner bock. Something funky about it. Not off-putting, not what I was expecting.
T: Toasted and lightly sweet malts. The hops are there in mild, but at least recognizable capacity, which is rare for Shiner, and considering the style + the brewer, I didn't expect at all.
M: Light with a little carbonation, manages a slightly slick coating, while still being very light.
D: Good drinkability. Not normally a fan of the style and the light taste and feel are probably helping it out in regards to me.
