Served on tap into a shaker glass.
A- Poured a light hazy yellow color with white frothy head that left webbed lacing.
S- Big bubblegum, wheat, citrus, and coriander notes reminiscent of a traditional and fresh witbier.
T- Lots of bright and slightly tart orange citrus and lemon notes, big bubblegum, coriander and wheat.
M- Very refreshing, light bodied, very dry, and crisp.
O- Tasted like a very solid and traditional take on a witbier that was quite refreshing.
Serving type: on-tap

A- slightly hazy gold with a large white head that fades to a finger and leaves suds of lace.
S- upfront is big orange peel with some sweet grain and cardamom underneath. A little bit of wit-like metallic shows as it warms.
T- candy sweetness with just faint notes of citrus hanging on throughout the finish.
M- moderate carbonation with a dry finish that helps dissipate the sweetness.
O- I wasn't expecting much from a Shiner Farmhouse beer but wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately this beer is both a bit muddled and bland without enough character from the hops or yeast.

Poured into a balloon glass.
Look: Almost clear light tangerine color. A light cream colored head recedes to a light film. Light watery lacing initially.
Aroma: Light yeasty notes, grains, wheat. Minimal fruit notes and some citrus towards the back.
Taste: Bright citrus notes to begin, backed by some bready grains. A faint hop presence in the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, pretty crisp.
Overall: A pretty clean, crisp tasting brew.
