A - Hazy reddish brown with some white head with good retention. No visible carbonation.
S - Quite Belgian smelling, lots of yeasty scents and some dark fruit with a strong whiff of alcohol.
T - Strong alcohol taste comes with some tastes of cherry, cloves, and apple. Quite sweet, fruity and strong tasting. Lots of yeast notes.
M - Very carbonated feeling, a medium-light body.
D - Not so good. Too alcoholic and a little too fruity for my tastes, but fair enough for the style.

I think an underappreciated Begium, or maybe because I aged it a bit. Pours medium brown with observable white foam head. Medium and creamy mouthfeel. Not complex taste for sure, nutty, nutmeg and toffee, but about an average Belgium. On the sweeter side.

Bottle courtesy of Mr.V: Poured a deep brown color ale with thick foamy head with some retention and no lacing. Aroma of unrefined sugar and some light malt is more or less interesting. Taste is unbalance mix between brown sugar an a light caramel malt presence. Yeast and hops are very hard to notice and body is definitely too watery for the style. I really didn’t enjoyed that one since I believe it lacked some balance.
