341 bottle poured into a Au Maître Brasseur pint glass.
A : Dark brown, head is not too big, it does not stay on.
S : It doesn't smell much... A little bit sweet with some yeast...
T L The taste is pretty much as the smell, nothing much interesting here. It doesn't look like a Scotch Ale to me...
M : Not too much carbonation
D : I don't think I would drink another one. There is better scotch ales around

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet malt with some light notes of caramel. Taste is also dominated by some sweet malt with some lingering sweetness. Body is average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Better then expected but still miles form being close to the top of the style.

The beer color is dark brown with a nice foamy head on top. The head disappear quickly which is typical of this brewery. The aroma is sour and not very inviting... On the taste side, the beer shows some sugary notes with some burnt caramel. A lot of carbonation which makes the beer dry. The alcohol provides some warmth in the mouth. The beer is not very good, it seems there is unbalance in the taste... Some sour notes too that makes this beer difficult to drink. A drain pour for me....
