Look - almost like a really dark bourbon with great white rimming
smell and taste - really woody and slightly tart with raspberry and cherry
Feel - medium body really light carb

Bottled 2013. Thanks Stormking47.
A: Pours a mahogany (shocker) color with a foamy dark tan head. Spotty lace was left down the glass.
S: Smells of tart dark fruits, greasy caramel, and smooth malt. Light butterscotch.
T: Follows the nose, caramel, dark fruit, tart cherries and cherry pits, lingering tannic tartness, with a slick caramel, chocolate, and greasy caramel sweetness. Sweet fruit juice mixed with tart drying tannins and cherry skins.
M: Medium-full body, greasy, low but tingly carb, slick and greasy mouth.
O: Surprisingly good. Soft tartness and sweet fruit mixed with slick and greasy caramel. Very good. Thanks Josh.
