This one pours a light bodied, very pale and faint gold in color with only a white lacing around the glass. The nose is light, bright, and clean. It features a nice and fresh, almost galaxy esque hop profile. It's somewhat dry and citrusy. The flavors are also very fresh and somewhat floral. It features a really nice hop profile. It's very light in body and far too drinkable. If this were in cans it would be a huge hit in the summer. The sessionability of this beer is through the roof. I'd say it drinks more like a hoppy pale than a true IPA but it's a really nice and easy drinking IPA nonetheless.

Pours a deep golden color, almost orange with a white soapy head with decent retention. A fair amount of lacing and clarity is subpar, unfiltered I'm sure.
In the aroma are grains and fruit, namely grapefruit and peach. Some yeasty and bready whiffs are also there. Really has a great citrusy scent with a touch of banana.
In the taste, pine, grapefruit, green tea, spice, grain - an overall homage to hops and malted rye. The hops used are fruity as hell, if hell was to be fruity. The rye adds a nice depth of grainy and spicy undertones.
Medium bodied, smooth feel. Adequate medium carbonation.
Overall, this is damn tasty, and a nice, affordable canned option. Thumbs up on this one!

Wow! I thought I liked rye before but I LOVE it now. This beer is a must have for any fan of hops. The rye is there full enough but is well balanced with the hop sweetness and malt backbone. Pours a nice head that dissipates to about a finger on a half pour. Appearance is hazy but light shines through good showing that clarity is there through the haze. Lingering taste is well balanced also. No dried out hop tongue here. Just a nice sweetness with that little hint of rye. Overall I am very impressed and will be asking the person that mailed it to me to send more, especially since he made sure to get it to me very fresh!

Can from free beer contest. Thanks! Pours hazy orange copper with a fluffy off white head. Aroma of lightly floral hops with some rye spice, a bit of spicy mango, orange rinds. Flavor is lightly sweet tropical fruits, orange rinds, a kick of rye spiciness. A nice hit of dry bitterNess on the tongue. a bit watered down but also very easy drinking. Low carbonation, dry, medium light mouthfeel. Drinkable but better stuff out there.

Pours a light yellow-amber translucent body. Head is 1/4 inch thick and pearly white. Lacing and head retention were slightly above average.

Smell is very light, floral hops with piney bitterness. Some sweet malts are also there but no alcohol detected.

Taste is light and a mix of tropical fruit, sweet caramel malt and floral notes. Slight rye/spiciness at the end. Alcohol isn't very present

Mouthfeel was light and had average amount of carbonation. Head didn't contribute much and body was on the lighter side.

Overall, this beer was tasty but nothing extraordinary besides the sweet can design. I think this IPA drinks more like a pale ale, didn't have the hop flavors I crave when I crack open a IPA. Glad I received it as an extra in a trade but don't think I'll be searching this one out ever.
