Basing this review on my visit during the 12/2011 bottle release...

Jackie O's has two different entrances...a brewery side and a pub side. Both are connected via a large, multi-level deck around the back. Each side has similar decor...rustic wood, barrel tables, natural finishes. The pub side has a large stage up front with a long bar running down the right side of the building. The brewery side has some brewing equipment up front with a large, horseshoe shaped bar toward the rear.

I cannot say what the tap list is like during everyday happenings, but during the bottle releases, it is simply amazing! Each side had something different on draft...somewhere in the neighborhood of 30+ selections available...unreal! Each offering was of high quality, even if it was a style I was not fond of, the beer was brewed with excellent craftsmanship.

I had breakfast and lunch there...and the food was very good/great.

I would highly recommend stopping by here...I would love to stop by during a regular old Wednesday night to see how different things are...and I will modify my review accordingly.

The pub is small and cozy, with a decent selection on tap. But the good stuff is down the road at the brewery/taproom. Food at the pub was better than average bar food and the staff at both locations are polite and accomodating. If you get a chance to chat with Brad, you can get a real sense of the passion that goes not only into brewing incredible beer, but serving the great state of Ohio with some of the best f***ing beverages known to man.

Stopped by on way to West Virginia for lunch and to check out the brewpub. Was much smaller than I anticipated it being considering how many beers they distribute. Neat college town atmosphere and I could see myself frequenting here if I lived closer.

This Union St. location is not where bottles are sold (you have to go to the production facility on Campbell St), this is only a taproom near campus. On a Friday night, the place is packed, so your ability to order and eat food is more difficult, but they carry the more standard brews. When we were there, none of the BBA brews were available on tap, but all were available at the Production Facility/Taproom.

Mediocre service. Mediocre beer. Terrible food. The cheese platter is a cruel joke. I wish I took a picture of it because it even LOOKS laughable. The falafel sandwich was really bad. One should look through my Yelp reviews to see how rarely I call any food item bad, much less really bad. None of the four of us liked their food choices. Their tap selections were unimpressive. There was one porter that was excellent, but everything else was middle-of-the-road. We did however find a BBA barleywine (Brick Kiln) and the non-BA version of it at a local grocery store and those were both fantastic. Wish I could have gotten my hands on more of their BA stuff, but I wish even more that they made a larger variety of high quality beers. The atmosphere in the outdoor area was pretty neat. The neighborhood is also seems pretty cool. Would only come back for some special barrel-aged releases.

Both bars are side by side, and connect through back patios. Each bar features different beers so there is always plenty to choose from. Their beer release events are top notch. I also love the fact that you can order 8 beer flights, so that you can try everything available on any given day. I make it a point to make the 6 hour round trip at least once a year.

Really cool little place with a warm feel. Plenty of beers to choose from and form what I saw, lots of great food choices (didn't partake). Reasonably priced, good experience all the way around.

Went to the tap house and production house during my visit. Everyone was very gracious and helpful with my purchases. Good selection of bottles when I visited. Can't wait to go back!
