Very cool bar. It's styled after an english-style pub and is far away from the party districts in Atlanta. The decor is very british with wood and leather everywhere, old brewery ads and stuffed foxes and deer on the walls. The bar games (pool and darts) are giving a generous amount of space making it really easy to blow some time waiting for food or just drinking a beer. Since a little ledge runs along the entire wall, you can even eat your meal without ever sitting at a table. They've also got a decent beer selection. 10-15 on draft and around that many in bottles. They also skimp on the macro brews which is unusual. The food is excellent pub-style food like bangers and mash with apple kraut (great) and shepherd's pie (pretty darn good.) and not really small portions, but for some odd reason they decided to serve it on huge plates making it look like smaller portions. My one qualm is the price. The main entrees average about $9.95. The burgers range from $7 to $9.95. The beer is served in glasses that may be the 20oz imperial pint or maybe a little larger, but all cost over $5 unless you bought the Coors Light (I'm assuming). Here's the good thing, though. On Monday evenings all food items are buy 1 get one free. That means if you go with a friend you can get a great meal for less than you paid for your beer. I probably won't be heading that way much on other days of the week, but it'll probably be a regular haunt on Mondays.

I went here because it was within walking distance of my friends apartment. It took forever to order a beer and the wait staff was extremely rude. Could have been a great neighborhood bar but a group of 5 of us left at 1 beer because the wait staff was so rude. The beer selection is cookie cutter as in its basic beer selection. I think the best thing they had was 420 if that. I don't really remember we left so fast. I will never ever go back here. I just do not tolerate bars where the wait staff do not care about getting a good tip. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

Visited this establishment on a Sunday night around 9pm. There wasn't any spaces left to park in their lot so I had to park in their neighbors lot and lucky for me my car was still there when I was done. They had a pretty decent crowd of people for a Sunday night there I wasn't planing on eating anything so I sat at the bar. The theme of the place is like a British pub and its done nicely. There are about fifteen beers on tap and I don't think any of them were a macro. They had a good selection of bottles as well. St. Bernardus and other Belgians were available. I didn't get any of their food but from what I saw it looked like pretty good pub food. Overall a pretty chill pub to have a few pints and play some darts or pool at.

Atmosphere would be much nicer if the bar were less cavernous. Its just a little too big with just too few people. There is a charming covered patio on the front which I make great use of here in our 9 months of warmth. Good "British-Style" Pub decor.
Only Place in Atlanta where I can find Tetley's and Fuller's on tap, two of my favorites. Several other British beers on tap and in bottles. Always fresh, and they use proper glassware for everything.
Barkeeps can make a decent cocktail with a decent selection of liquors and a number of scotches.
Half price decent foods on Mondays.
Service is decent, generally quick and cheery.
