Thanks to BeerFMAndy for picking this up at the brewery.
Poured into my pint glass the beer is brownish red hue, with amber edges. The tan head rises to a full inch before recededing to leave sticky lace aroung the rim.
The aroma is sweet caramel malt with toasted bread, light cocoa, spearmint and slight metalic odor.
The flavor is similar to the nose. Caramel malt chocolate, fresh cut grass, and a hint of spearmint. Unfortunately the metalic aroma in the nose is present in the taste.
Medium body with loads of carbonation.
Overall a less then stellar beer. Considering it comes from Sprecher I'm not surprised.

A: The beer is hazy reddish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high beige colored head that quickly died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with notes of brown bread and hints of bananas from the yeast.
T: The taste is similar to the smell, but the yeast flavors seem to be stronger with notes of bananas and hints of dark fruits.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but doesn't seem to have the strong banana aromas and flavors exhibited by many of the top beers in the style.
