The colour is gold with a tint of orange; the liquid is a bit hazy. The compact fizzing off-white head is two fingers high. Almost no lacing occurs.

The smell is wheat-sourish and spicy with citric notes and hints of coriander. Some sweet notes and a hint of dough.

The taste is dry with fruity notes of banana skids, oranges and a spicy hint of Thai food. A mild what sourness and hints of lemon. The aftertaste is rather short and mild with notes of citric fruits, wheat dough and a hint of green bananas.

The carbonation is medium strong; the bubbles are small. The liquid is smooth.

I thought this one was a bit too dry and the aftertaste a bit too short, otherwise this is a solid wit.

Ugly short-necked brown 50 cl bottle with a label in silver with writing in green and black. A pic of a field of wheat.

A: Pours surprisingly clear golden, almost orange. Head is white, large and light/airy. Slow dissipation leaves quite some lace.

S: Wheat - ripe bananas, orange sezt and coriander.

T: Malt balanced with wheat. Ripe bananas and lots of citirc notes, lemon as well as orange sezt. Spicey, mostly coriander.

M: Aftertaste is rather long and bitter. Body is light and carbonation is rich.

D: Refreshing! A Witbier with more malt than others I've had before - I don't konw if it's a good or a bad thing.

The color is slightly old brass, a white head that recedes quickly but leaves good lacing.

The smell is lemon peels, fresh cut grass, sweet oranges and some spiciness from coriander.

The taste is sweet orange lemonade, wheat biscuits, grapefruit peels, lemon, spicy notes from a seedy bitterness. Nutmeg and bitter almonds.

Medium low carbonation, very small bubbles, a dry and warm finish.

Being a wit bier it has much taste, complements strong (Thai green curry) food. Not the common lemonade feeling.
