This brew is a golden color with lots of haze and some sediment, but with nearly no head at all. It's got a decent aroma...a mix of orange, lemon, and white pepper. There's some estery, yeasty, bubble-gum smells at times. The taste is semi-sweet, with a lot of fruit (sweet citrus) character. Wheat is prominent in the flavor. It's a bit too sweet and not quite balanced, but really not bad. The mouthfeel is incredibly smooth and almost slick at times. Spice lingers on the tongue long into the finish. Interesting and worth trying, but not great.

On tap. Slightly hazy pale color. Aroma is quite faint with some grains and a hint of spices. Taste follows, light and a bit spicy, some generic grainy malt and light wheat sweetness.

Full yellow, hazy. Not a lot of foam. White.
At the smell pepper (white), orange peel, and white flowers. Strongly spiced. Some citric hints, well amalgamated with the rest. Definitely inviting.
In the taste more citric character, and a little tartness, that balance the spiciness. Even cereal notes (spelt).
Again orange peel, sweet, and light touches of camomile.
Overall, good balance.
Great drinkability.
