Decent looking dark amber Beer with brown sediment strewn about the base of my glass and finer particles suspended through out. The tight white head quickly settles to a collar that persists. The smell is of rich honey waffle & malt with a hint of alcohol, orchard fruit and honeysuckle. There is still enough floral hop bitterness In the taste to balance the sweet honey notes and it even finishes somewhat on the dryer side with an herbal component that blends well. Medium to medium light bodied and quite pleasant.

Poured from a very long necked brown 12.7 oz. bottle. Has a bronze color with a 1 inch head. Smell is of yeast, fruits. Taste is fruity, grapes stand out, malts, yeast, some sugars. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

750ml bottle served in a Thumbler.
A: Beautiful bottle art. Big bottle with a plastic wrapper on the cap. Pours a dark orange color and a huge soapy white head. Great retention and lots of lacings left in the glass. Becomes extremely cloudy as it finishes
S: Bready and yeasty. Caramel malts, pale malts, candy sugar, spices and flowery hops. Yeats are quite earthy
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of malts, caramel malts, candy sugar, flowery hops. Good hops bitterness. Reminds a bit Orval. Good bittersweet balance but with a more dryer and bitter profile against the sweetness. A bit spicy too
M: Medium body and good carbonation. Bitter flowery aftertaste
O: Good drinkability. Non filtered and non pasteurised. Good quality Italian craft beer

This beer is a rich amber color with an unremarkable white head. The aroma is fresh and estery, apple-like quality. Unfortunately, it also has a bit of a plastic off-flavor. Although the malt is muted in the aroma, it really comes out in the flavor. Also, there's a little more alcohol sensation in the taste than necessary. Some pleasant caramel and sugar notes are present. Moderately carbonated, sugary, and a bit warming. This beer is relatively good, but it really isn't engaging. Merely okay.

Red amber color, beige foam, average.
In the smell a good maltiness, the cane sugar, and the honey. Some fruit in syrup, too, maybe apricot.
Good taste, full but not boring: malt and honey, with a good balance, thanks to the back hopping.
Good body, intense taste, malty and honeyed, with fruitiness, quite fresh.
In the aftertaste some bitterness, too, on the base maltiness. Maybe some dark malt?
Well balanced, good beer.
