taste- biscuits, coffee/chocolate
color- dark brown, lean
clarity- opaque but you can tell it's clear with no residual sediment
smell- bread, leather, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, banana
body- medium-heavy weight mouthfeel, smooth medium-length finish
appearance- dark with a cocoa-colored head that disappears quickly
overall impression- still holding up well after a year and a half. i probably wouldn't go beyond two years with this beer if you still like the fresh taste and feel.
notes and comments- these notes are for a spring 2008 release
song: jackson browne - "somebody's baby"
Serving type: bottle
