Granted, it is a fruit-and-spice added beer, but I think it plays like a slightly juicy IPA, with a typical Stone bittering feel to keep it so.
A: yellow hazy, tending towards orange. Average head with some lacing
S: I couldn't get much, but I am bordering on a cold. I get abit of what I assume is the elderberry on top of citrus base
T/M: starts with good carbonation, orange taste that quickly turns towards grapefruit. The grapefruit bitterness lasts, but a light berry taste comes in to counter it, along with the coriander spice bite. The ending actually seems to and some bitterness that is a bit off-putting to me, thus a slightly lower rating. The beer is full bodied and smooth throughout, though.
O: save for the very end taste, to me, this is a good beer that adds some different flavors without preventing it from being a beer (let alone an IPA).

In a snifter this beer was a pink-tinged orange color. There was a small white head with a tiny bit of lace.
Aroma of spice, sweet fruit. Floral/piney hops.
The very first taste is the coriander. Then berries, and finally the hops. The hops stayed around for a while.
This was a nice enough beer. To me the spice, fruit, and hops just didn't go together that well.

Poured into fluted snifter; amber-gold and clear with a fluffy off-white head made of tiny bubbles that fades slowly leaving dense, sticky lacing everywhere.
Smells of spice, dry piney hops and tropical fruit/citrus.
Taste follows nose exactly; coriander spice melds into dry piney hops which then turn juicy with citrus and tropical fruit. Some dry floral qualities too from the Calypso. Trying to find anything unique I could pin to the Vic's Secret, but can't find anything. Nothing wrong with another citrus/fruit AUS/NZ hop though, so I'm certainly not complaining. I have no idea what elderberries taste like so I don't know where they factor in here; there is sort of a berry-like sweetness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and wet, finishes semi-dry.
Overall, a tasty IPA. I don't see the point of the superfluous ingredients (stuff like that is usually Dogfish's MO) but the elderberry isn't offensive. Could do without the coriander though. If I wanted a dry crisp beer with spices in it I'd drink a saison.
