Had On-tap at the BStore. Served in a pint glass.
Looks like cola with a sticky mocha head. Dark but slightly translucent. Very deeply colored considering its a strong ale... looks closer to a porter.
Nose is smoky pine, juniper branches, and earthy funky hops. Interesting and delicious.
Nice solid taste of stark hop juice. Slight green/raw coffee flavor. Like a strong IPA.
Foamy mouth feel. Good drinkability. Overall unique and good.

A - Creamy tan head and beautiful dark dark red body.
S - Sweet roasted malts with some hops
T - Um.. yum! Sweet malt and roasted caramel underneath with a bevy of hop and citrus IPA characteristics.
M - Smooth upfront and carbonated later with a bit Alcohol at the end.
O - Really enjoyable and not everyday flavour. Down to have one of these whenever the opportunity presents itself.
