Bomber poured into a tulip glass at cellar temp.
A- Poured copper-yellow with 1" off-white, lingering, frothy head. Good lacing.
S- Lots of hops. Oily, grassy, slightly citrus hops. There are some malty tones blended in there.
T- More balanced than I expected. It was a lot of grassy hops, but it was balanced with some sweeter malts present.
M- Medium carbonation. I want to call it an oily mouthfeel. It was smooth, but very present.
D- It was very drinkable for the high IBUs. Normally it takes a higher ABV to mask the hops, but Ruination seemed to balance the hop bite with malts. A pleasant surprise.
