poured it out from a bottle into a pint glass the bottles got a lot to say about the brewery.
the beer is reddish brown with a creamy tan frothy head ,slightly cloudy with low carbonation, a good looking brew.
a hops blast greets the nose with pine and citrus ,a malty backbone helps to balance the aroma but hops is the focus with this brew .
the taste is similar to the aroma, it's pleasantly bitter with piny and grapefruit citrus hops ,the malt is on the back burner barely noticeable ,along with grains to add a bit a flavor.
a medium body ale with a feel on the palette thats bitter of course, with a crisp dry after taste.
this is a good brew ,a very bitter hoppy brew the tastes something like an ipa .worth a try if your into hoppy beers it's for you.
