From South Sound tasting notes:
Poured a very dark amber with a small tannish head. Despite being several years old, this still had a pretty big pine/grapefruit hop aroma mixed with some toffee.
Moderate carbonation and a creamy, not-too-heavy mouthfeel. Plenty of grapefruit up front mixed with biscuity toffee, slight roast, and a lingering pine finish.
Never had it fresh, but this was drinking pretty darn well even after a few years.

you can smell this when it pours and it smells ridiculous
floral and earthy notes with some hops
hops, sweet taste that turns kinda bitter followed by a toasty malt and chocolate.
