Poured from the tap into a stemmed glass
The color is hazy golden-yellow color with two fingers of creamy white head. I think it looks rather appetizing.
The smell is a really nice light fruit flavor with some apple and a nice sweet malt flavor. It is a well managed complex flavor.
The taste is a nice smooth flavorful fruit experience, There was at first a little apple skin and a bit of citrus hop that was bitter but wonderfully flavorful. Some nice granny smith apple and grapefruit took at bit of a bit into my taste buds and let me sink into a great beer.
The feel of this beer was very crisp and refreshing. Some nice smooth feel makes this beer a very drinkable offering and a really great collaboration beer. One of my favs.

A: Pours a cloudy gold with a mountainous, thick white head.
S: Aromas of funky, spicy yeast, minerals, crackers, biscuits, grass, straw, hay, lemon, thyme, sage, rosemary, and parsley fill the nose.
T: Strong notes of thyme, sage, rosemary, and parsley are present up front, chased by flavors of lemon, grass, straw, hay, lime zest, white pepper, biscuit, crackers, minerals, honey, bitter orange, and oaky, lactic funk. The finish is slick, spicy, and somewhat bitter with herb and citrus flavors underscored by pepper, biscuit, and yeast funk.
M: Surprisingly slight and airy in body, but it does thicken a bit once it settles in the mouth. Initially, this ale is somewhat dry, but quickly turns slick. Carbonation is incredibly active and intense. Alcohol is well masked, but overall it feels unfocused. Difficult to drink.
O: An interesting saison, but it could have been better. The flavors do not separate enough, and in terms of texture, this beer falls apart in the mouth. For me, it was somewhat difficult to drink. I'm glad I tried it, but it is still a missed opportunity.
