Stone brewed version pours a clear, slightly hazy sunrise yellow with an inch of bubbly white foam on top. Nice sticky lacing. Aromas are very herbal and spicy upfront. I get rosemary and sage the most myself. Crisp sun-dried grain backbone. Earthy yeast melds in as well. Nice and well balanced with the spices.
First sip brings crisp light grain malt upfront with an immediate kick of herbal spiciness. Rosemary and sage come through again with a bitterness on the way down as well. Finishes crisp and dry with lingering herbal accents.
Crisp & smooth throughout with good carbonation. Pretty easy to drink, but while the herbs make it unique, it also makes it something I couldn't drink too much of.

Very interesting herbacious flavor. Pours a light yellow with very little white head. Little to no lacing. An herbacious smell with the lemon thyme coming through heavily.
Very much enjoyed this entry in the Farmhouse Ale style.
