A: Vibrant amber copper...clean and clear. A small but substantial beige head hugs the sides of the glass.
S: Caramel apple all the way with some toasted cereal.
T: Starts off with a subdued red apple flavor paired with a generous dose of caramel malt and dry biscuits. Grapefruit, lemon and some orange flavors play a part then add a solid amount of bitterness to the beer. Finishes lightly fruity with a real grainy aftertaste which I'm not really fond of.
M: Light body, medium mouthfeel. Bit fuzzy but not a deal breaker.
D: Not bad and frankly unique enough to seperate itself from the pack. The grainy aftertaste doesn't do it for me though, never does.
