Pours a transparent, but deep amber color. Big fluffy white foamy head that stays firm for some time. Very nice lacing.
Strong hop smell, some hints of pine and citrus. A crisp refreshing scent.
Taste is hops! Some malt hints in the background, and a mildly bitter hop aftertaste. The hops linger.
Mouthfeel is a hint of creaminess upfront, some carbonation, and a dry finish.
A bold beer for such a low abv. Very drinkable if you enjoy hops. My introduction to Stone, and well worth $9.99 a sixer!
