enjoyed in a standard pint glass
A - Deep, dark brownish copper with an 1+ inch egg shell head. Decent but long lasting lacing.
S - Toasty sweet malt, followed by hints of grapefruit, caramel, and pine
T - Toasty malt right up front then a hoppy bite.
M - Medium carbonation, lighter body but still decent flavor. Pretty hoppy finish for this style of beer.
O - While not my favorite Red Ale around this is still a good solid beer. With an ABV of 4.4% this would be a decent brew to kick back and enjoy a few.
