Appearance: Pours a nice reddish amber color with a one-finger off-white head. Foam retention is decent yet not spectacular, however it leaves behind some great lacing.
Smell: A balance of sweet malt and hoppy Aromas. Bready and some citrus qualities.
Taste: Defined flavors of caramel malt, herbal hops, with some piney, citric, and doughy flavors. Has a rather fitting and enjoyable bitterness, far from over-baring. Nicely balanced.
Mouthfeel: Slick and chewy mouthfeel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Easy to drink.
Overall: Just tried this brew for the first time. I am actually quite impressed at how well balanced it is. Looks like I found a new regular, granted I can find it again.
