Apearance - Pours a clear dark copper-brown with a 1 finger off white head. Strong lacing.
Nose- Lots of floral hops with some citrus hops and caramel malt present as well.
Palate- Citrus, pine and earthy hops (in that order) up front, not as much as I was expecting from a stone brew, but still a strong presence. The caramel malt shows about midway through to balance things out, and drops off at the end to leave a nice bitterness. Also a bit of nuttiness is present.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied, low carbonation, slightly astringent.
Drinkability- Very drinkable. Easily sessionable.
Serving type: bottle
