Stored in my cellar for a few months and enjoyed on a cool Feb California eve in NorCal.
A-Deep, Dark solid amber that looks like some Jurassic creature should be isolated in it. Small bubbles that continue to flow from the bottom of the glass. No lacing throughout the drink.
S- Lots of dark fruits,a little spice and a touch of sour funk.
T- Nice edge of wood and butter that blend with the spice and nuts.
M- Very smooth on both the palate and the tounge. Carbonation appearance is very different than the experienced smoothness.
D- If not for being a limited colaboration it would be a great winter warmer / heavy to enjoy annually. Great for the season and a deffinate plus from HWY 78.
Thanks Greg, Thomme, and Green Flash.
