A - Slightly hazy golden copper colored with a big, average lasting whitish fizzy head. Lots of lacing left throughout.
S - Noticeable green tea aroma, blended well with some bready malts and fruity hops and esters. Pretty damn good smelling.
F/M - Bready malts, slightly sweet with a big green tea flavor followed by an over-the-top bitterness (ala Stone). Light piney hops behind the tea. Slightly boozy in the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a nice, dry finish. Lingering alcohol/tea flavor.
O - I enjoyed this beer way more than I thought I would. The idea seemed weird, to say the least, but it was pulled off pretty well. The booze and the bitterness are a little much. If it was toned down a little it would help to balance it out a little better. Otherwise it makes for the perfect night cap to a summer evening.
