A: pours a clearish copper brown color, with a thin head, leaves behind a very thin lace
S: I can smell the yams, some caramel sweetness, pretty malty nose overall, no hop presence
T: tastes sweet, a little yam up front, definitely pumpkin on the finish. A nice use of spices, though I'm not that familiar with fenugreek and a slight hop touch with the finish.
M: thin to medium body
O: This is the best pumpkin ale I have had, it would be great as a year round brew
Serving type: bottle
