Not what I'd think of as a pumpkin ale but ...looks like other reviewers said the same thing.
An interesting dark brown, like a real dark tea. A small beige head. Very clear color.
Smell is complex...the verbena and fenugreek and birch bark must be adding to this nasal circus. At times, I think I can detect the yams.
The taste is interesting. all these herbs etc combining to give a unique brew. Frankly, one of these herbs is too dominant; it reminds me of rosemary, I think, which is not one of my favorites.
The mouthfeel is one of the best things about the brew. Clean finish.
Could be sessionable if you like the fenugreek etc.
