Serving Type - 22oz bottle
Appearance - Dark burnt orange with a nice 1 inch white head, real sticky lacing.
Smell - Wow, huge piney, grapefruity, sweet hops. Some malts and slight sugars but really overboard hop aroma, amazing.
Taste - As expected, bitter cascade hop crush! Very bitter, very strong, and yet some sweetness. Malts are barely noticable behind this hop monster. Alcohol is present and adds some warm at the finsh. A hop heads dream.
Mouthfeel - Your tounge gos numb as soon as you take a drink. Mouth is puckered, coated with hops and bittered to hell. Palate is wrecked, bittered and left dry. Finish is real bitter and dry.
Overall - What a monster of a beer. I got to drink a bottle a few weeks ago before this one and it was even more intense. Still, even now this is a monster. You must love hops, not looking for a balance between malts and hops cause this is a straight up hopbomb. Lets pray this becomes a annual release at least. Amazing.
