This is one of my new all-time favorites. I just happened to see the bar getting the tap ready for this one and had to take the opportunity. It will knock you on your but if you are not careful.it has a hoppy somewhat grapefruit smell. and is very hoppy, wait, crazy hoppy! the aftertaste is slightly bitter but not as much as ruination. I would recommend this to anyone.
Serving type: on-tap

Poured this 22 oz. bottle into a SA glass. The body was a pretty copper color - bright and clear. The light tan head was very tall and left lacing.
The smell was earthy, spicy and citrus. Some sweet breadiness too.
The taste was resinous and brutal. Marmalade and bready. Mango and pineapple notes. There was a long, lingering - slap your momma - bitterness. Intense and delicious.
The body was full and dense.Subtle carbonation. A big beer in every way.
