You have in your hands a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers - especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs - we've taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA. You see, we specifically brewed it NOT to last. We've not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you're getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, we made sure that the Enjoy By date isn't randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the label, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and consumers. Instead, we've sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA.

Had this again on 2014-01-18 in Columbia, PA. The rating numbers are a blended average of all my tastings but it is to be noted this Enjoy by 02.14.14 is the best one yet.

A - Very clear golden orange with a 1.0-finger white head that fades to a 1/2-finger and leaves a good amount of lacing.

S - Mildly dank, pineapple, pine, hop floral. Pleasant. About the same aroma strength as the 10.25.13 release,

T - Hop forward, dank, ripe pineapple and stone fruit, some orange, white pepper, onion/garlic (more that I care for), moderating fruit-malt sweetness. Alcohol is present in the background and nicely complimentary. Finish includes spicy and bitter hop flavors with moderating malt and alcohol sweetness. .

M - Medium body and light-medium combination. Luscious, firm, viscous, resinous, prickly, clings.

O - Best one yet. Glad this particular one made it to Pennsylvania.

2013-10-21 in Columbia, PA. This is the 10.25.13 release.

A - Mostly clear golden orange with a 1.5-finger white head that fades quickly to a 1/2-finger and leaves a mild amount of lacing.

S - Pretty dank, pineapple, peach, hop floral. Less aroma strength than the 7.04.13 release but still very pleasant.

T - Rich pineapple and stone fruit, some orange, nice dank and spicy/peppery hop presence, onion/garlic (about like Deviant Dale's), moderating pale malt sweetness. Less pine than the 7.04.13 release but still evident. Alcohol is present in the background and nicely complimentary. Finish is a fine balance of tangy/spicy hop flavors and bitterness with moderating sweetness. Good balance.

M - Medium body and light-medium combination. Luscious, firm, viscous, resinous, prickly, clings.

O - I really enjoy this series and observing the similarities and differences from one to the next. This is a good one, for sure!

Had this on 2013-07-01 in Columbia, PA. This is the 07.04.13 release. Special thanks to Matador677.

A - Mostly clear golden orange with a 1-finger white head that fades quickly to a skim and leaves a small amount of lacing. Not surprising for the high ABV.

S - Moderately dank, naval orange, peach, hop floral, honeysuckle. Very inviting.

T - Smooth. Ripe stone fruit, plenty of luscious orange flesh, grapefruit zest, then a mild flavor of lightly toasted bread, pepper, and alcohol sweetness. Finish is a great balance of complex fruit sweetness, pine and a commanding but not overpowering bitterness. Very little bready-malt in view.

M - Medium body and light-medium combination. Luscious, firm, viscous, resinous, prickly, clings.

O - A really top-notch DIPA. So inviting sip-after-sip. Please sir, may I have another?
