A: Pours with tremendous head. A good three fingers. Dissipates quickly but a small head retention lasts the entire drink. Decent belgian lacing. Pours a cloudy copper color with gold around the edges. Looks like a homebrew in a way.
S: Smells sweet and malty. A touch of hops but not much. Also picked up some carmel malt but nothing special.
T: Carmely with a nice dose of hops. Tastes a little woody, like an extremly weak single malt scotch in a way. I like it, kinda unique, the hop taste leaves you wanting another sip, not enough to really notice at first but definitly has an aftertaste that makes you think hops.
M: Nicely done. Good carbonationg for the style, with a medium mouthfeel. A little dry but definitly good. Has a full body, but drinks very easily.
D: I have almost finished the glass while reviewing. A good beer that begs for that next sip. I could see myself haveing quite a few of these before I tire of the style. Impressed by the addictivness of it.
