12oz bottle, best by Feb 16, 2011.
Pours hazy orange/amber with a large foamy off-white head that sticks around seemingly forever and leaves ring after ring of lacing.
Aroma starts with bread, toast, yeast, caramel with some grassy, floral and lightly citrus hops (lemon & orange rind). Moderate to good strength.
Flavor is much more hoppy, starting with a wave of citrus, pine and grass, good bitterness for an APA, nice malt in the middle with bread, toast and caramel, moderate sweetness, good bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, oily, good carbonation.
Excellent pale ale, crisp, refreshing, good body but not too heavy, great balance of sweet/bitter.
